In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout all documents that form part of the agreement between nadat88 and the player, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments and re-enactments of that statute or regulation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Registration Process and Accuracy of Information

When registering an account on nadat88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to notify nadat88 promptly of any changes to your registered information. nadat88 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You may not use a false identity, create an account using another person's personal details, or provide any misleading information during the registration process. Any account found to have been created using false or stolen identity information will be permanently suspended and all balances will be frozen pending investigation.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active nadat88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or across different devices, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. nadat88 employs automated fraud detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending withdrawals may be voided, and any bonus balances will be permanently forfeited.

2.4 KYC Verification

nadat88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nadat88 account login credentials. nadat88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. nadat88 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on nadat88 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional KYC review. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. nadat88 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with their standard fee schedule.

Players must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of the receiving nadat88 account pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. 3.4 Transaction Restrictions and Anti-Money Laundering

nadat88 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform may at any time request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a Player's account. Deposits that appear inconsistent with a Player's stated financial profile or that exhibit patterns associated with money laundering or structuring will be flagged for review. nadat88 reserves the right to freeze account balances, delay withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

nadat88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are held separately from the real-money Balance. Players must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money Balance. Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the requirements will expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus offer on nadat88 carries a specified wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, or 40x). A 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must place qualifying bets totalling ৳30,000 before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Players found to be engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided, may have winnings derived from those bonuses confiscated, and may face permanent account suspension.

4.4 Promotional Eligibility

Each promotion on nadat88 specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include: minimum deposit requirements, minimum odds requirements for sports bets, specific game restrictions, time-limited offer windows, and geographic or payment method restrictions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the eligibility criteria of any promotion before opting in. nadat88 reserves the right to remove a Player from a promotion or reverse a bonus credit if the Player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the bonus claim.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on nadat88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the nadat88 Sports Rules documentation accessible from the platform. In all cases, the nadat88 sports trading team's decision on the settlement of bets is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 7. nadat88 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet market at any time where there is evidence of irregular betting activity, match-fixing suspicion, or where a material error has been made in the publication of odds.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. nadat88 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Player account at its discretion, including limiting maximum winnings per event or per market. Bets placed after the scheduled start time of an event — whether due to network delay or any other cause — may be voided at nadat88's discretion.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sports events subject to technical availability and event eligibility. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of an event (e.g., wicket in cricket, goal in football). Bets are only confirmed and binding once accepted by the nadat88 trading engine and a confirmation message is displayed in the Player's bet slip. Bets that are not confirmed — for example, due to a suspension triggered during the submission process — are not placed and no funds are deducted.

6.1 General Obligations

You agree not to use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overload, impair, or compromise the nadat88 platform or its underlying servers, networks, or infrastructure. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the platform.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nadat88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or access game outcomes before they are displayed to regular users.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or event manipulation in connection with any market offered on nadat88.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, game engine, RNG system, or security feature of the nadat88 platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any criminal activity, including funds processed via stolen payment credentials.
• Using the nadat88 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nadat88 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, intercept their communications, or obtain their personal information without authorisation.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the nadat88 platform — including but not limited to game content licensed from third-party providers, platform design and interface elements, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of nadat88 or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of nadat88 platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Suspension by nadat88

nadat88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; provision of false or misleading registration information; or receipt of a legal order or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon suspension of an account, nadat88 will conduct an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, nadat88 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance remaining, including both real-money and bonus balances. If the investigation finds no grounds for permanent closure, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance restored.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their nadat88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Before closure, the Player should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. nadat88 will process the closure request within 48 hours of receiving it. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met at the time of the closure request.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and nadat88 regarding a bet settlement, payout calculation, account action, or any other matter, the Player should first contact nadat88 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. nadat88 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal investigation, they may escalate the matter by contacting the nadat88 management team. The decision of nadat88 management on all disputes is final and binding.

The platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to every registered Player directly from their account settings after login. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
